We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
